What’s so special about Native Hair Extensions?

All hair is not created equal, and we demand the best for you.

NATIVE by Beauty Beez is a line of expertly curated hair extensions. These luxury remy bundles are virgin and unprocessed with cuticle intact making it naturally tangle-free.

Unlike most extensions, ours are created without synthetic fillers and are ethically sourced from the finest Indian temples. Due to the hair’s raw and natural state, each bundle is unique in its black/brown color; however, all are triple checked to guarantee quality and longevity. With the proper care, NATIVE extensions can keep you looking flawless for over a year. Pick your crown today

How do I care for my NATIVE bundles?

Great question! A proper hair care regimen is vital to ensuring the longevity of your extensions. Here are our tips below:

  •  Brush/Comb out all knots (from the bottom up).
  • Co-wash (washing with conditioner only) your extensions with lukewarm water before and after install. We recommend washing straight hair once a week and at least 3 times a week for curly textures. Do not massage hair.
  • Gently pat dry hair with microfiber towel. Do not rub
  • When damp, apply a dime size of an anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum.
  • For wavy/curly hair, apply generous leave-in conditioner a few times a week to maintain softness and bounce.
  • Perform a deep conditioning treatment once a month

Are the Blonde NATIVE bundles unprocessed?

No. Once the hair has undergone a chemical process such as coloring, the hair is no longer unprocessed.

Can I color my Native bundles?

Absolutely! All Native hair can be colored. We suggest consulting with a professional hair stylist to achieve your desired look.

What is the difference between a frontal and a closure?

Lace frontals and lace closures are both very useful in creating seamless sew-in installations. They both serve the same purpose; to close off an install without having to manipulate your natural hair for blending. Lace Frontal Closure is a half wig that goes from ear to ear. The size is 13” across and 4” back. The frontal can be held in different styles and you can pull the hair back unlike a closure.

A lace closure is different from a frontal because it does not cover your head from ear to ear.  Instead, closures are installed in the “horseshoe” area of the head to close off the style, hence the name closure. The size of our closures is 4” across and 4” back.

All closures and frontals are made using NATIVE’S unprocessed raw Indian temple hair.

How many bundles do I need?

We recommend 2 bundles for clip-ins, and for full install, 3-4 bundles for lengths from 12”-18” and 4-5 bundles for lengths of 20” or more. Your hair will be full of volume and glamorous!

NATIVE bundles can be returned only if the bundle is unopened and hair is in its original condition. Please contact us at support@beautybeez.com to process your return. Sorry to see you go but we know you’ll be back.

Do you offer a wholesale program?

At this time, NATIVE hair extensions are not available for wholesale. You can exclusively purchase our extensions online at beautybeez.com or in-store.

Shipping

I am having trouble with my shipping address.

No worries. Please ensure your address is properly entered.

Helpful tip: Go to USPS.com and click on Find Zip Codes. You can enter the first line of your street address, city, and state, and USPS will return the standard zip code and correct entry of your city, state, zip combination.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Join the Hive to get updates on international shipping.

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.


PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing.


SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse a BeautyBeez shipment, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.


DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

BeautyBeez does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with a BEAUTYBEEZ purchase or gift for any reason, products must be returned in new or gently used condition within 7 days of purchase. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns of opened and/or used hair extensions, hair pieces and wigs. NATIVE hair extensions that have been unopened are available for return.
